Sevavardhini is proud to be part of the Swavalambi Bharat Abhiyan, which is a nationwide initiative to promote Self-employment. The booming economy of our country and youthful population is an ideal ecosystem to promote self-reliance. There is no shortage of opportunities if one is prepared to look for them and work hard.
Swavalambi Bharat Abhiyan (Swavalambi Bharat Abhiyan | Self-Reliant Bharat, Strong Bharat (mysba.co.in)) is supported by industry veterans, economists, academic institutions and many others. It provides opportunities for skill development, self-employment and supports start-ups and entrepreneurs in many ways.
Sevavardhini is leading this nationwide initiative in seven districts of Western Maharashtra – viz. Pune, Ahmednagar, Nasik, Solapur, Satara, Sangli and Kolhapur.
How we support this initiative?
- Awareness programs and campaigns to promote self-reliance.
- “Idea validation” –Our volunteers and partners like De-Asra Foundation help provide key inputs about business ideas generated from the participants.
- Scientific Training in Entrepreneurship Development.
- Connecting with various central and state government programs like PMEGP, Vishwakarma scheme, etc.
- Assistance for presenting funding proposals to banks and financial institutions., etc.
